When viewing from very high altitudes (perhaps 100,000ft or higher in this shot?) this is apparent, normal and part of the weather system in XP12 currently, not something we have the ability to change or influence at this time. Fortunately, it's still actively being worked on by the sim developers. Suggest you forward your bug report accordingly.
