Historic weather change date every 4 sec.

Version 8506. XP12.05b3. After setting the date and time in XP the date is changed to 24 hours backwards and then after 4 sec back again to the correct date setting.

Can you please provide an ASXP12 log export (logs button) after this occurs, and provide duplication steps to experience an error? Thank you.
